ManpowerGroup, for our Client, is currently recruiting for:



Main tasks:

  • Realization of country sales strategy, monitoring sales results and making strategic decision
  • Successful positioning of the brand in cooperation with regional strategies and conditions
  • Developing and executing of the Business Development Strategy to acquire new clients including a proactive roll out of the sales activities in the area
  • Market and competitors monitoring
  • KPI controlling and target setting for sales teams
  • Developing (expertise- and personalwise coaching) of branch managers and their sales teams
  • Executing of marketing campaigns prepared by HQ and local marketing
  • Supervision of sales teams
  • Reporting to Country Manager, Regional Director

Your profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading large teams as sales manager, sales director, commercial director
  • Advanced (B2/C1) English skills
  • Substantial knowledge about the automotive business
  • Willingness to business travels
  • Familiarity with creating price & discount structures
  • Expertise in decision making throughout the sales area
  • Ability to develop, monitor and quantify sales KPI’s
  • Practical knowledge and experience with B2B sales tactics
  • Experience in managing an interdisciplinary team
  • Enterpreneurship, ingenuity and solution – oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
